When opposite sides of the world meet and fall in love in a little fishing town and decide to make it their second home. We are the M&M's, Miro from Bulgaria and Mariela from Tijuana. We took our first trip together to Puerto Peñasco close to a decade ago, and fell in love with everything the Sea of Cortez had to offer. Mariela used to believe all beaches were the same given she lived in Baja California and San Diego, but I was quick to prove her wrong when I took her to my favorite beach, Playa Encanto and we saw our first sunset on the beach. Nowadays if you ask her which beach is her favorite, she will agree with me and even add that Puerto Peñasco has the most beautiful sunsets the sky can paint.

As young entrepreneurs we decided to give a little love back to the community of Puerto Peñasco and purchased this amazing property La Palapa, and renovate and decorated as our own. All the murals you see throughout the property were painted by local artists that were able to transform our ideas into beautiful art.
