Welcome to La Palapa Vacation Rentals located on Mirador Beach, Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), Mexico.
La Palapa Vacation Rentals is a small and beautiful complex with 10 rental units. 1 house with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms perfect for all the family, sleeps up to 22 people. 3 condos with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 6 people and we also have 6 casitas/studios with one bed and 1 bathroom for 2 people. In total we can accomodate around 60 people (perfect for large family gatherings, reunions, retreats etc.). Its the perfect place to come relax and have a great time. We are located in the Mirador area and are walking distance to the beach with several restaurants close by, and only 5 min drive to the Malecon (the Old Port). You can enjoy hanging out in our pool and we also have a grilling area, which is perfect for entertaining your guests. We are dog friendly as well. you work remotely? There's strong wifi, so you can stay a while, rent for a few weeks at a time.
La Palapa Casa (Entire Home)

The home features 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and 4 car garage with lots of space to entertain and relax for up to 22 people. When you step outside the house you would find a refreshing pool and a Palapa with barbecue area and seating for the whole company. Conveniently located close to bars and restaurants and shopping.

La Villa at Bella Vita (Entire Condo)

If you are looking for a spacious condo with spectacular views and on the best beach in Rocky point you found it. Playa la Jolla is a private community with Sandy Beach for miles. It's a quiet community that's 15 miles away from all the tourist places that Rocky Point has to offer. It's on the same Beach as Playa Encanto where Encantame Towers is being built.
The space:
The condo consists of 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms on the first floor. Kitchen living space and another bedroom and half a bath on the second floor. There is a margarita deck on the 3rd floor with amazing views of the ocean and the estuary in the back
